I'm renting a duplex right now and every time I get in the shower the people that live downstairs run the water and I get either cold water or it turns to scalding hot! my question is, is it mandatory for the landlord to have the water temperature control valve installed?
I live in Trenton, Ontario if that helps any. Also where would I be able to ask a person about this if it is?? (government or something)Water temperature control valve?
Check with your local heating and ac dealer and ask them what the fix is for this problem!!There is a fix for this problem but i cant remember exactly what it is. Sorry!!Water temperature control valve?
