check plugs doesnt take much for them to get fouled,or wires they are famous for that.IDLE problem dad has 2001 dodge neon check air idle control valve that's fine could it the coil pack?
like the other poster said check the plugs in it those will get some wear on them and cause this to happen, also check and make sure its getting a good fuel supply, any lack of fuel will cause this,id almost bet that it will turn out to be the plugs or a filter clogged up real bad, even a dirty air filter will cause that to happen, good luck.,,PS if it has miss fire in it at lower speeds and on a hard climb it may be the plugs or the coil pack going bad on it,
